Joshua has been in the industry for 6+ years and has a strong real estate background. After starting as a research analyst at Lee & Associates he quickly moved into a role on the Industrial Team as an Associate Broker.  In late 2019 he made the move to Re/Max Commercial Advantage where he works along side Rachel McGladery and is currently ranked as one of the highest grossing Re/Max teams in Western Canada. Joshua works with both Landlords and Tenants and has experience in multiple asset classes including Office, Retail and Industrial. Joshua is a critical component to the teams preparation of valuations, contract management, marketing, due diligence and market research.
