Dawn Surette is a highly regarded and respected professional who has been dedicated to the real estate industry for more than 30-years.  She has been involved in the day-to-day business and financial success of many commercial real estate assets (office, industrial, retail, and multi-family residential), and a trusted advisor to private investors, investment trusts, pension funds, asset managers, and developers.  She has guided both clients and tenants through challenging and complex situations, offering credible advice and professional solutions, and has successfully led countless complex negotiations over the course of her career.  

Dawn’s extensive experience in all aspects of real estate management, financial performance, market analysis, lease administration and negotiation, and project management provides a 360° vantage point for the strategic benefit of her clients. 

 She has direct market experience and knowledge in many areas of British Columbia, particularly Downtown and Greater Vancouver, its surrounding communities, and the Interior (Kelowna/Kamloops).  

Dawn is licensed in both Trading Services and Rental Management and holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics.
