Brent Brnada’s market intuitiveness, creative deal making and desire for growth allows him to share a successful mindset in commercial real estate with his client base from a wide range of experience across varying asset classes.
Brent with 10 years of experience in commercial real estate has largely worked in both office and retail class conducting both sales and leasing transactions with further experience in land dealings. Since 2018, Brent has transacted over 30 strata office units. Having consulted as project manager for base building redevelopment with a diversified understanding of building operations from design and construction aspects, Brent is able to provide strategic planning toward enhancing the building life cycle or repositioning of existing assets.
