Noel is a Commercial Realtor with over 30 years of experience selling commercial real estate and he specializes in selling income producing properties and development sites, with approximately half of his business being focused on properties located in the Greater Vancouver area and the other half spent on properties located throughout the province, with a strong focus on the Okanagan Region and Vancouver Island.  

Over that time he has built up an extensive data base of most of the commercial property owners in those areas and tries to keep himself up to date on everything that is happening in the market through a vast network of property owners, developers, tenants, appraisers and fellow co-operating realtors.
